Our policy

Hayati Pro Club sells Hayati vape kits, prefilled pods and nic salt e-liquids to adults in the UK. Every product we sell contains nicotine, and it is against the law to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are buying for yourself or for another adult
• You will not pass our products on to anyone under 18

How we check age

• Date of birth at checkout. You cannot pay without entering a date of birth that makes you 18 or over. We check it in your browser and again on our server, and it is recorded on your order.
• Challenge 25 at dispatch. If anything about an order suggests the buyer may be under 25, we ask for proof of age (a passport, driving licence or PASS-card) before it ships.
• Refusal. We cancel and refund any order where we cannot confirm the buyer is an adult, or where we believe the products are being bought for someone under 18.

The law

In England and Wales, the Nicotine Inhaling Products (Age of Sale and Proxy Purchasing) Regulations 2015 make it an offence to sell nicotine vaping products to anyone under 18, and for an adult to buy them on behalf of someone under 18. Scotland and Northern Ireland have equivalent laws. The products themselves must meet the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016, which set the 2ml pod and 10ml bottle limits and the 20mg/ml nicotine cap; everything we sell is compliant.

Disposable vapes

Single-use disposable vapes have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025. We do not sell them: every Hayati kit we stock is rechargeable with replaceable pods.
