What does Hayati Pro Club actually sell?+
The Hayati range and nothing else: the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 pod kit, the Pro Max Plus 6000 pod kit, the prefilled refill pods for each, and Hayati Pro 10ml nic salts. Every flavour the UK range carries. If it is not Hayati, we do not stock it, and we are not planning to.
Are you the Hayati brand?+
No. We are an independent UK retailer operated by Wholesaling Ltd. We are not the manufacturer and have no connection to the brand owner. We buy genuine UK-market stock through authorised distribution and sell it online to adults in the UK.
Why is everything sold in boxes of five or ten?+
Because that is how Hayati seals it at the factory, and buying the sealed box is what gets you the box price. Kits and pods come in fives, nic salts in tens. Each box is one flavour; add several boxes to your basket to build a spread. The per-unit price is shown on every product page.
Which pods fit which kit?+
Hayati Pro Max Plus pods fit the Pro Max Plus 6000 kit only. Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods fit the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 kit only. They are different shapes and the 25000 takes a pair. Every pod page links to its kit and every kit page links to its pods, so follow those links and you cannot buy the wrong one.
How does the price promise work?+
Find the same Hayati product, same pack size, in stock at a UK-based retailer for less than our price including delivery, and email us the link before you order. We beat it. Not match, beat. The short list of what counts and what does not is on the price promise page.
How fast is delivery and what does it cost?+
Order before 3pm Monday to Friday and it leaves the same working day. Standard tracked UK delivery is £2.99 and usually takes two to three working days; next-day is £5.99; orders over £40 get free standard delivery. Everything ships in plain packaging.
Do I need an account to order?+
No. Guest checkout takes a couple of minutes. An account just makes reordering faster and keeps your order history in one place.
What payment methods do you take?+
Visa, Mastercard and American Express debit and credit cards, and Google Pay where your browser supports it. Payment is taken in full at checkout.
How do you verify age?+
You confirm you are 18 or over when you enter the site and again at checkout, and we run an age check on orders. We do not sell to anyone under 18, full stop, and a courier may ask for ID on delivery.
Can I return something?+
You have a 14-day right to cancel. Because pods and e-liquids are sealed for hygiene, change-of-mind returns are only accepted unopened and unused. Anything faulty, damaged or wrongly supplied is covered in full and we pay the return postage. Email us first with your order number and we will sort it out quickly. My Hayati kit is playing up. What do I do?+
Email us before anything else. Most problems (a pod not reading, a screen frozen, no vapour) are a two-minute fix: reseat the pod, charge for twenty minutes, wipe the contacts. If it is a genuine fault we replace it. Do not open the device or the pod, as that voids everything.
How do I know the stock is genuine?+
Every box has the manufacturer verification code you can check on their own site, and we buy through authorised UK distribution with the invoices to prove it. Our fake-check guide shows what to look for on a box from anywhere else.
What is the vape duty stamp from October 2026?+
From 1 October 2026 the UK charges a duty of £2.20 per 10ml on vaping liquid, and new stock carries a duty stamp. Stock made before that date can still be sold until 31 March 2027. Our duty guide explains what it does to Hayati prices and why buying a box now is not a bad idea.
Do you sell to shops or trade?+
We sell to individual customers. Everyone pays the same box price. If you run a shop and want a larger order, email us and we will see what is sensible, but there is no separate trade account.
