What are Hayati Pro Max Plus pods?

Hayati Pro Max Plus pods are the replacement refills for the Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 kit. One refill is a sealed 2ml prefilled pod with its own mesh coil, clipped to a 10ml cartridge that tops the pod up on its own as you vape. Twelve millilitres of 20mg nic salt, rated at 6,000 puffs, in 62 flavours. We sell them 5 for £23.99, which is £4.80 a refill whichever flavour you pick, and any flavour you can pick in the menu is in stock; the rest say back soon.

Hayati Pro Max Plus pods being pulled off and pushed onto three Pro Max Plus 6000 devices

The same refill goes by a lot of names. Hayati Pro Max pods, Hayati 6K pods, Hayati 6000 pods, Pro Max+ pods, Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 pods, Hayati Pro Max Plus prefilled pods, Hayati Pro Max Plus refills, Hayati Pro Max replacement pods, or plain Hayati replacement pods. The pouch prints it as Pro Max+ Pods with "2+10 ML" on the side. Search for whichever you like; the thing inside is identical, and this is the only 6K refill Hayati makes.

Hayati Pro Club is an independent UK retailer, not the brand. We buy through authorised UK distribution, we keep every flavour on the shelf rather than the ten easy ones, and we price to beat (see the price promise). This page sits under the wider Hayati Pro Max range and answers what refill buyers actually ask, including the questions the pouch does not: how long one really lasts, what it costs per millilitre against the alternatives, and when a refill is the wrong purchase altogether.

  • Genuine UK-market Hayati Pro Max Plus 6K refills: 20mg nic salt, built-in mesh coil, mouth-to-lung draw
  • Every refill is one 2ml prefilled pod and one 10ml auto-refill cartridge, 12ml in total
  • Fits the Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 kit only; the Pro Ultra Plus 25000 takes a different twin refill
  • All 62 flavours at the same price: 5 for £23.99, £4.80 each, about 40p per millilitre
  • Same-day dispatch before 3pm Monday to Friday, free UK delivery on orders over £40

What comes in a Hayati Pro Max Plus pod refill?

Two parts. The first is a 2ml prefilled pod with the mesh coil and mouthpiece built in; this is the piece that seats into the top of the Pro Max Plus 6000 device. The second is a 10ml cartridge of the same flavour that locks onto the underside of the pod and feeds it. As the 2ml chamber drops, liquid moves across from the cartridge, so you never open a bottle and you never see a fill port. The pod chamber is transparent, which is how you know a refill is on its last legs: the level stops coming back up.

Both parts are single-use and matched to each other. When the cartridge runs dry the coil has done its 12ml and the whole refill goes to a small-electricals drop-off point (not the household bin). There is no re-coiling, no wicking, no topping up with a different liquid. That is the entire appeal for a lot of people, and also why this is not a cheap way to vape if you get through a lot of liquid; the value table further down puts numbers on it.

A note on the specs you will read elsewhere, because three of them are wrong. The cartridge is 10ml, not 9.5ml (the box says 2+10 ML). The kit battery is 850mAh, not 600mAh. And Hayati does not publish the coil resistance, so any page quoting 1.0 ohm or 1.2 ohm is guessing; we leave it out. Everything in the table below is checked against the packaging and the manufacturer's own UK product listing.

Which kit do Hayati pods fit? Pro Max Plus 6000 vs Pro Ultra Plus 25000

One device: the Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 kit, the rechargeable pod kit the Pro Max family moved to once single-use vapes were banned in June 2025. Hayati Pro Max Plus replacement pods will not fit anything else, and nothing else fits the kit.

The mix-up we see most often is with the bigger Hayati. The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 (sold on some invoices as Pro Plus 25000, and searched for as "hayati 25k") uses a twin refill (one 2ml pod with two chambers, plus two 10ml containers), and it is physically a different fitting. Those live on the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods page. If your device has two tanks and a twist mouthpiece, you need those, not these. If it has one pod and a small display, you are in the right place.

Not sure which you own? The 6000 kit is the slimmer of the two, with a single transparent pod on top and an animated battery display on the front. The 25K device is noticeably chunkier and has two visible tanks side by side. Still stuck? Email a photo to hayatiproclub@gmail.com and we will tell you which refill to order before you spend anything.

How do you replace a Hayati Pro Max Plus pod?

Under a minute, no tools. The only step people skip is the pause before the first draw, which is also the step that decides whether the first puff tastes of fruit or of hot cotton.

Fitting a new Hayati Pro Max Plus refill

  1. 1Pull the old pod off. Grip the used pod at the top of the device and pull it straight up. It comes away with its empty cartridge attached. Wipe the contacts inside the device with a dry tissue if there is any residue.
  2. 2Unseal the new pod and cartridge. Take both parts out of the pouch. Remove every rubber bung and film seal: the mouthpiece cover on the pod, the plug on the base of the pod, and the seal on the top of the cartridge. A forgotten bung is the number-one cause of a "no vapour" complaint.
  3. 3Click the cartridge onto the pod. Line the 10ml cartridge up with the underside of the 2ml pod and press until it seats. You should feel it lock. From this moment the auto-refill is live and liquid starts moving into the pod chamber.
  4. 4Let the coil soak. Give it a few minutes standing upright before you vape. The mesh coil needs to be wet through, and the wait is cheaper than a scorched coil you cannot replace.
  5. 5Seat it in the device and draw. Push the assembled refill into the top of the Pro Max Plus 6000 until it clicks. The display wakes. Take a gentle first draw; it is a mouth-to-lung pod, so treat it like a cigarette pull rather than a deep lung hit.

The customers who reviewed these pods for us found the swap exactly as uneventful as it should be.

The pod fits neatly into the Pro Max Plus and the flavour stays consistent. Having lots of options makes it easy to switch things up.

How long does a Hayati Pro Max Plus pod last?

The rated figure is 6,000 puffs from 12ml, which works out at 500 puffs per millilitre. Rated puffs are counted by a machine taking short, uniform draws, and nobody vapes like a machine. A real draw is longer, so a real refill delivers fewer puffs than the number on the pouch. How many fewer depends entirely on how long you hold each pull.

The honest way to use the number is as a ratio. At 200 draws a day the rated figure lasts a month; at 300 it lasts about three weeks; at 600 it lasts ten days. If your draws are twice the length of the test draw, halve whichever of those applies to you. Most people who came from a 600-puff single-use bar find one refill outlasts a week comfortably, and that is the comparison worth making rather than chasing the exact 6,000. Move the slider below to your own habit and it does the sums, including what a refill costs you per day.

Two things shorten a pod that have nothing to do with puff count: heat, which thins the liquid and makes it seep, and long gaps between uses, which dry the coil at the top. If you only vape at weekends, keep the spare refills sealed in their pouches until you need them.

Based on 6,000 puffs per device, £23.99 for 5 (£4.80 each way you split it). Rated puffs assume short test draws; long draws use more liquid per puff, so treat the days as an upper estimate.

How much are Hayati Pro Max Plus pods, and what is the price per ml?

Five refills for £23.99, which is £4.80 each with VAT included, every flavour the same. Per millilitre that is 40p; per thousand rated puffs it is 80p. Five refills is roughly a month for most people, so one order tends to cover one month. Pick your favourite five today and change them next time.

That 40p a millilitre is the number to hold onto, because it is where the 6K refill sits against everything else we sell. The 25K twin refill for the bigger device is cheaper per millilitre and much cheaper per puff, but you need the Pro Ultra Plus kit to use it. The bottled Hayati Pro Max nic salts are the cheapest liquid by a distance, and the only route to 10mg, but they want a refillable kit and a little care. The refill you are looking at is the middle option: the small device, the zero-maintenance one, at a price that is fine for most and expensive for heavy users.

Three points before you check out. First, £23.99 sits under our free-delivery line of £40, so a single set of five ships at £2.99 tracked (2 to 3 working days) unless you add a second flavour or a kit. Second, if you do not yet own the device, the Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 kit is 5 for £38.99, which is £7.80 each with the same refill included; the device itself is costing you about £3.00 over the price of a refill. Buying pods before the kit is the mistake we would most like to save you from. Third, find the same in-stock refill cheaper at a UK retailer and email us the link before you order; we beat it. That is the whole price promise, and a refill you buy every month is exactly the product it exists for.

Do Hayati Pro Max Plus pods come in 10mg or 0mg?

Hayati now makes the Pro Max Plus refill in four strengths for the UK: 20mg, 10mg, 5mg and 0mg, each in its own coloured pouch. We stock the 20mg refill only, which is the one almost everyone who moved from a single-use bar is used to, and the one every flavour is made in. If you want Hayati Pro Max Plus pods 10mg or Hayati Pro Max Plus pods 0mg from us today, the honest answer is that you cannot, and we would rather say so than let you order the wrong thing.

What we can do is point you at the right alternative. For 10mg with the same flavour range, the Hayati Pro Max nic salts come in 10mg and 20mg bottles for any refillable pod kit, at 18p a millilitre instead of 40p. For the 20mg refill itself, you are on the right page. If the 10mg and 0mg pouches start moving in enough volume to justify shelf space, they will appear here as options on the flavour selector, and this section will change.

Hayati Pro Max Plus pods flavours: all 62, grouped by what they taste like

Sixty-two Hayati Pro Max pods flavours at one price is generous. It is also sixty-two ways to stand in front of the drawer not deciding, so here they are grouped by what they actually taste like, with a line on each. The names below are the exact names on the pouch. If you want a ranked opinion rather than a map, read our best Hayati Pro Max flavours guide, which is the same range in order of what sells back to us.

One warning before the list, because it is the complaint we hear most: a lot of these carry ice. If you dislike a cold finish, the safe picks are Juicy Peach, Blackcurrant Juice, Triple Mango, Summer Dream, Double Apple, Cherry Cola and the bubblegums. If you love it, Double Menthol, Blue Frozen, Ice Pop and Black Mamba are the coldest four. The matrix at the end of this section sorts the whole range by profile and ice level so you can pick five without reading sixty-two lines.

Hayati Pro Max Plus pod not working? Fixes for the usual four

Nearly every refill complaint we get by email is one of the four below, and nearly every one is solved before the kettle boils. If the device itself is at fault (it will not charge, the display never wakes with any pod), that is a kit problem rather than a pod problem: the Pro Max Plus 6000 kit page has the charging fixes, and if none of them work, email hayatiproclub@gmail.com with your order number. Faulty items are replaced and return postage is on us.

The device does not read the pod, or the display stays dark

Pull the pod out and reseat it firmly until it clicks. Check that the plug on the base of the pod was removed; if it is still in place the contacts cannot meet. Wipe the metal contacts on the pod and inside the device with a dry tissue. Plug the kit into USB-C for a few minutes, since a flat 850mAh battery shows the same symptom as a bad pod.

No vapour, or a weak, airy draw

Look for a seal you missed on the mouthpiece or the cartridge top. Confirm the cartridge is fully clicked onto the pod, otherwise the auto-refill cannot feed the coil. Remember it is a mouth-to-lung pod: a hard direct-lung pull gets you less, not more. If the pod has been in for weeks, the coil may simply be finished; fit a fresh refill.

Leaking or liquid in the mouthpiece

Wipe the pod and the device well. Store the kit upright and out of heat; a pod left face-down in a hot pocket will weep. Take shorter, gentler draws, because pulling very hard floods the coil. If a brand-new refill leaks straight from the pouch, do not use it: email us a photo and we will replace it.

A burnt or harsh taste on the first few puffs

The coil was not wet through. Take the pod out, stand it upright for a few minutes, and try again with a soft draw. If the taste persists after the cartridge is clearly empty, the refill is done and no amount of waiting brings it back.

Are Hayati Pro Max Plus pods any good, and who should not buy them?

For the person they are designed for, yes, very. If you moved from a single-use bar and want the same flavours, the same mouth-to-lung draw and zero maintenance, a 6K refill for £4.80 is hard to fault; it is many times the liquid of the old bars for not much more money, with a mesh coil that stays consistent to the end of the cartridge rather than fading halfway.

They are the wrong buy for three kinds of people. If you get through a lot of liquid, a refillable kit with Hayati Pro Max nic salts at £1.80 a bottle costs you less than half as much per millilitre, and you can pick your strength. If you want two flavours in one device, that is the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 and its twin-tank refill, not this. And if you want anything below 20mg in a prefilled pod, Hayati makes 10mg, 5mg and 0mg refills but we do not stock them yet, so the nic salts are your route today.

The good

  • 12ml of 20mg nic salt per refill with a built-in mesh coil; nothing to fill, wick or clean
  • 62 flavours, all at £4.80, so you can rotate without the price moving
  • Auto-refill from the 10ml cartridge keeps the coil fed and the flavour steady to the end
  • Genuine UK-market stock through authorised distribution, with a scratch-off verify code on the packaging
  • Same-day dispatch before 3pm Monday to Friday in plain packaging

The catch

  • 20mg only on this site; the 10mg, 5mg and 0mg pouches exist but are not stocked here yet
  • About 40p per millilitre, more than double the same flavours as a bottled nic salt
  • Fits the Pro Max Plus 6000 and nothing else; check your device before ordering
  • Sold in fives, and five is under the £40 free-delivery line on its own
  • Every refill is single-use plastic and electronics that should go to a recycling point, not the household bin

Three customers reviewed these pods for us before the site opened, averaging 4.7 out of 5. The one who gave four stars still called the flavour selection a big plus, and that is the reason most people pick the 6K line in the first place.

Simple to use and convenient as a replacement pod. The flavour selection is a big plus, especially when you want to try something different.

Hayati Pro Max Plus pods vs Pro Ultra Plus pods vs Hayati Pro Max nic salts

Three ways to vape the Hayati flavour range, one decision: how much liquid do you use and how much do you want to think about it. The 6K refill is the middle ground. The 25K twin refill is cheaper per millilitre and gives you two flavours at once, but you need the bigger device. The nic salts are the cheapest per millilitre by a distance, and the only route to 10mg, but they need a refillable kit and a little care.

What the October 2026 vape tax does to Hayati Pro Max Plus pod prices

From 1 October 2026 the UK charges vaping products duty at £2.20 per 10ml of e-liquid, whatever the nicotine strength, and duty-paid stock carries a stamp. On a 12ml refill that is £2.64 of duty before VAT, which is a big number against a £4.80 pod. Stock made before 1 October can still be sold until 31 March 2027 without the stamp, so the price you see on this page today is a pre-duty price and it will not last forever.

What we will do about it is simple and already written down. We are not raising prices ahead of the date, we will sell through pre-duty stock at pre-duty prices for as long as we hold it, and when stamped refills arrive the new price will be the duty plus the same margin as now, not the duty plus a bit extra because everyone else did it. Our vape tax 2026 guide works through what the duty means for each Hayati format, and why the bottled nic salts take the smallest hit per puff.

How to check Hayati Pro Max Plus pods are genuine

Hayati packaging carries a scratch-off verification code and the manufacturer runs a checker for it. Scratch, enter, confirm before you fit the pod. Ours arrive sealed from authorised UK distribution and we keep the invoices, but the check takes thirty seconds and it is the only sure way to know a refill bought anywhere is real. The pouch itself has tells too: crisp print on the flavour band, a "2+10 ML" mark on the side, and the nicotine warning in the standard black box. Our Hayati fake check guide walks through it with photos.

Every refill we sell meets the UK rules for the category: 2ml pod, 10ml container, 20mg cap, child-resistant and tamper-evident packaging, and the product is notified with the MHRA before sale. Nicotine is addictive. These refills are for adults aged 18 and over only, and we age-verify every order.

Frequently asked questions

Do Hayati Pro Max Plus pods fit the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000?
No. Hayati Pro Max Plus pods fit the Pro Max Plus 6000 kit only. The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is a twin-tank device with a different fitting and takes its own two-pod refill, which we list separately as Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods.
How many puffs do Hayati Pro Max Plus pods really give?
The rating is 6,000, measured with short machine draws. Real draws are longer, so expect fewer; how many fewer depends on your draw length. A useful way to think about it is 500 rated puffs per millilitre, then knock a third off if you take long pulls.
How long does one Hayati Pro Max Plus pod last in days?
At 300 puffs a day the rated 6,000 lasts about 20 days; at 200 a day, a month; at 600 a day, ten days. Long draws shorten all of those. The calculator on this page does the sums for your own habit.
Can you refill Hayati Pro Max Plus pods with your own e-liquid?
No. The pod and cartridge are sealed, single-use and have no fill port. Once the cartridge is empty the refill is finished. For a fill-it-yourself option with the same flavours, use Hayati Pro Max nic salts in a refillable pod kit.
Are Hayati Pro Max Plus pods available in 10mg or 0mg?
Hayati makes 10mg, 5mg and 0mg pouches for the UK, but we stock the 20mg refill only at the moment. For 10mg with the same flavours, Hayati Pro Max nic salts come in 10mg and 20mg bottles for refillable kits.
How much are Hayati Pro Max Plus pods per ml?
Five refills are £23.99, so £4.80 each with VAT included, and each holds 12ml. That is 40p per millilitre and 80p per thousand rated puffs. The 25K twin refill works out at 26p per ml and the bottled nic salts at 18p per ml.
Why does my Hayati Pro Max Plus pod taste burnt?
Almost always because the coil was not soaked before the first draw. Take the pod out, stand it upright for a few minutes, and try again gently. If the cartridge is visibly empty, the refill is finished and needs replacing.
Do Hayati Pro Max Plus pods leak, and how should I store them?
A correctly seated pod at room temperature should not leak. Heat and lying face-down are the usual causes, so keep the kit upright and out of the sun, and keep spare refills sealed in their pouches somewhere cool until you need them. A refill that leaks straight from the pouch is faulty; email us a photo for a replacement.
Where can I buy Hayati Pro Max Plus pods near me?
Order here before 3pm Monday to Friday and the refills leave the same day, with next-day delivery available at checkout and free standard delivery over £40. That is usually quicker than finding a local shop with your flavour in stock, and every one of the 62 flavours is here.
Do you sell Hayati Pro Max Plus pods wholesale or 10 at a time?
We are a retailer, not a wholesaler, and we sell in fives at one price. Add two sets and you have 10 for £47.98 with free delivery, in any mix of flavours. There is no trade account or minimum order.
Will the October 2026 vape tax change Hayati Pro Max Plus pod prices?
Yes, in time. From 1 October 2026 duty is £2.20 per 10ml of liquid, about £2.64 on a 12ml refill, and new stock carries a duty stamp. Stock made before that date can be sold at pre-duty prices until 31 March 2027, and we will not raise prices ahead of the date.
How do I know my Hayati Pro Max Plus pods are genuine?
Scratch the verification panel on the packaging and check the code with the manufacturer before use. We supply sealed stock through authorised UK distribution and keep the paperwork; our fake-check guide shows the pouch tells with photos.
