What is the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000?
The Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is a rechargeable twin-tank pod kit rated for 25,000 puffs, holding two flavours at once and switching between them with a twist of the mouthpiece. It ships as 5 kits for £43.99 (£8.80 each), every pairing and single flavour on the shelf is in the selector above, and it is the biggest device in the Hayati Pro Max range by some distance. A kit is the device plus one full 22ml refill; the refill alone is £5.80, so the device is costing you £3.00.

A word on names, because this device has more than it needs. Hayati (PAX) prints it as Pro Ultra+ 25000. Search engines know it as the Hayati Pro Ultra 25000, the Hayati Pro Ultra 25k, the Hayati 25k vape, the Hayati 25000 puffs, the Hayati Pro Ultra vape or the Hayati 25k kit, and some distributor paperwork says Pro Plus 25000. All one product. It is not the original Hayati Pro Ultra 15000, a single-use device that the June 2025 ban ended, and it is not a "Hayati Pro Max 25000" either, however often that gets typed. The Hayati Pro Max Plus is the smaller 6,000-puff single-tank kit; if you came for the 6K, that link is your exit.
Hayati Pro Club is an independent UK retailer, not the brand. We buy through authorised distribution, keep the invoices, and write pages like this one from the box and the manufacturer's own listing rather than from whichever retailer copied whichever other retailer. That matters here, because the most-repeated spec for this kit on the UK web is wrong, and it is the first thing below.
- One 2ml twin-chamber pod and two 10ml refill containers: 22ml of 20mg nic salt per kit, two flavours
- Lift, twist and seat the mouthpiece to change sides; a separate mesh coil under each chamber
- 850mAh battery, USB-C, a display for battery level and which side (L or R) is live
- Replacement Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods keep the same body going: 5 for £28.99, £5.80 each
- 5 kits for £43.99 (£8.80 each), free UK delivery over £40, same-day dispatch before 3pm

“The main thing that stands out is the convenience. Two flavour options, rechargeable battery and a useful display make this feel more advanced than a basic pod device.”
“Really interesting design with the two-flavour system. Switching between flavours is straightforward, and the device itself feels well put together.”

What comes in the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 box?
One device, one prefilled 2ml pod unit with two chambers and two mesh coils, two 10ml refill containers, and a manual. No cable; it charges from any USB-C lead you own. On a twin pairing each chamber and its container carry a different flavour (Cherry Ice one side, Peach Mango the other, say); on a single-flavour variant both sides match.
The capacity is 22ml, and the box says so in its own words: "2mL + 2 x 10mL". You will read 24ml on several large UK retailer pages, and "two 2ml pods", and in one review "dual 12ml tanks". None of that is on the packaging. The pod on the coils is a single 2ml unit split into two chambers, which is what keeps it inside the UK 2ml limit; the two 10ml containers behind it are sealed refill bottles in all but shape, legal in their own right, and they feed the chambers automatically as you vape. That design is the whole reason a 25,000-puff device is legal in the UK.
When the containers run dry, a refill pack from Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods gives the same 850mAh body another pod and pair of containers. The table below is checked against the box and the manufacturer's UK listing; the one number Hayati does not publish is the coil resistance, so it is not here.

Hayati Pro Ultra 15000 vs Pro Ultra Plus 25000 vs "Hayati Pro Max 25000": which is which?
Three names, one device you can actually buy. The original Hayati Pro Ultra 15000 was a single-use bar with two tanks and a swap-over mouthpiece; it was popular, it is why "hayati pro ultra" is a 27,000-a-month search, and it became illegal to sell on 1 June 2025 along with every other disposable. We do not stock it and neither should anyone else. The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is its legal successor: same twin-flavour idea, rechargeable body, replaceable pod and containers, and 22ml instead of a sealed tank.
The third name is a mistake that stuck. "Hayati pro max ultra", "hayati pro max 25000" and "hayati pro max plus 25000" all describe this device, and a few hundred people a month search for them. There is no Pro Max at 25,000 puffs. The Pro Max Plus tops out at 6,000, holds one flavour, and takes different pods. If a listing anywhere says Pro Max 25000, it is either this kit under the wrong name or a device you should not buy.

How does the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus twist system work, and which side is L and R?
Two chambers, two mesh coils, one airway that you point at whichever side you fancy. Hayati's own instruction graphic puts it in three moves: lift the mouthpiece upward, rotate it 180 degrees, align it and push it back down over the other chamber. The draw sensor fires only the coil under the airway, so nothing mixes. Switch mid-session and the second flavour is clean from the first puff, because its coil has been sitting cold and sealed. Fresh Mint stays mint, Sour Apple stays sour.
The display tells you which side is live. Under the battery percentage there are two small blocks marked L and R; the lit one is the chamber you are drawing on, and the chambers are labelled with their flavour on the side of the pod so you can match them up. Two things people get wrong: turning the mouthpiece without lifting it first (it will not go, and forcing it is how the seat gets damaged), and stopping halfway, which leaves the airway between chambers and gives you a tight, flavourless draw until you finish the turn.
One side effect worth knowing: you choose which coil works, so you choose which side empties first. Favour one flavour and its 11ml runs out weeks before the other. Alternate deliberately, a day on each, and both sides finish close together, which is when a refill pack makes sense.

It is also the thing our customers bring up first. Most of the six who reviewed this kit for us before the site opened mentioned the two flavours before anything else, and one put the appeal of two flavours in one device more neatly than we have.
“The dual-flavour setup is a really handy idea. Being able to switch between two flavours without carrying another device makes the whole thing feel much more convenient.”
Does the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 really give 25,000 puffs, and how long does it last?
Rated, yes. In your hand, it depends on how long you draw. The Hayati Pro Ultra 25000 puffs rating comes from short machine puffs on 22ml of liquid, or about 1,140 puffs per millilitre; a relaxed pull lands lower, and a night out lower still. One honest reviewer who counted put real-world use at somewhere between 15,000 and 22,000, which sounds about right to us. Nobody has counted to 25,000 on one of these, and anyone who claims to has too much time and not enough hobbies.
The number that does not move is 22ml. That is more than two bottles of Hayati Pro Max nic salts, split across two flavours, with two coils and a battery thrown in. The table runs the rated figure against a range of daily habits with the cost per day at our refill price; the slider under it uses the kit price and does the sums for your own number.

| Puffs a day | Days per 22ml refill (rated) | Refills a year | Cost a day at £5.80 a refill | Same habit on the 6K refill |

| 800 | 31 | 12 | 19p | 64p |
Rated 25,000 puffs per 22ml (this kit) and 6,000 per 12ml (the Pro Max Plus). Long draws use more liquid per puff, so real days are lower for both, in the same proportion.
How long will a Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 last you, and what does it cost a day?
- One device lasts
- 83 days
- A box of 5 lasts
- 417 days
- Cost per day
- £0.11
- Cost per week
- £0.74
Based on 25,000 puffs per device, £43.99 for 5 (£8.80 each way you split it). This uses the kit price (device included). Once you own a device, refills at £5.80 bring the cost per day down by about a third.
Hayati Pro Ultra battery: how long does 850mAh last, and how does it charge?
An 850mAh cell, the same capacity Hayati fits to the Pro Max Plus 6000, here driving two mesh coils in turn. Expect a day for most people and an evening charge if you are heavy on it. Here is the honest version of the trade-off: on this device the battery runs out long before the liquid does. A 22ml kit lasts weeks; the cell lasts a day. If you never want to charge, you are looking at the wrong product category, because nothing legal in the UK carries 25,000 puffs of battery.
Charging is USB-C at the base from any phone charger or laptop port. Hayati calls it turbo charging and publishes no time; an 850mAh cell fills well under an hour from flat at a normal 1A input, then slows for the last stretch as every lithium cell does. There is no cable in the box, whatever one large retailer's page says. The screen shows the percentage while it fills. Two habits keep the cell healthy: do not leave it on charge every night, and do not run it flat then leave it flat for a week.
How do you use the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000: setting up and swapping the pods
Hayati Pro Ultra how-to, used from the box: it needs about two minutes of assembly, because the pod and containers ship separately so liquid is not sitting on the coils in a warehouse for months. Sensible, and it catches people out the first time. The same steps apply when you fit a refill pack from Hayati Pro Ultra Plus pods later; the refills come in the same pairings as the kits. Hayati's own three-step graphic is below the steps.

Setting up and refilling the Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000
- 1Match the sides. Lay out the device, the pod unit and the two containers. On a twin pairing each container is labelled with its flavour; keep each flavour with its chamber so the left container feeds the left side.
- 2Slide the 10ml containers into the pod unit. Peel the seal off each container and push it sideways into its slot in the black pod holder until it sits flush. They only fit one way round.
- 3Push the assembled pod down onto the device. Remove the silicone bungs from the pod, then press the whole unit down into the top of the device until it clicks. The display wakes and shows the battery.
- 4Wait five minutes. Fresh coils need to soak. Stand the device upright and give it five minutes; Hayati says "a few minutes", we say five. Skipping this is the biggest cause of a burnt first draw.
- 5Pick a side and draw. Check the L or R indicator, lift and turn the mouthpiece if you want the other side, and take a slow mouth-to-lung pull. It is draw activated; there is no button.
- 6Swap a spent refill. When both sides read empty, pull the pod unit straight up off the device, bin it at a small-electricals point, and fit a fresh pod and containers from a refill pack. Soak again.
Hayati Pro Ultra flavours: every pairing and single on the shelf
Forty-three Hayati Pro Ultra Plus flavours on the selector today, 24 twin pairings and 19 singles, all listed here rather than the dozen a generalist shop bothers with. Twin pairings put a different flavour in each chamber, written on the box as one name slash the other; singles put the same liquid both sides, which is the choice if you just want the big capacity and could not care less about switching. Three more pairings show as back soon when stock is between deliveries. Our best Hayati Pro Max flavours guide ranks the shared flavours across the range.
Decoder for the packaging shorthand: GB is gummy bear, Cotton K is cotton candy, B' Gum is bubblegum, H'Bubba is the Hubba Bubba style gum, Straw' is strawberry, and H' Berg and P' Man are Heisenberg and Pink Man, two blue-and-red classics from the old shortfill days. The best Hayati Pro Ultra flavours by what sells back to us are Cherry Ice with Peach Mango, Watermelon Ice, Blueberry Raspberry with Mr Blue, and Sour Apple with Juicy Peach for anyone who likes a proper tang.
Twin pairings (a different flavour in each chamber)
Single flavour, same liquid in both chambers
Hayati Pro Ultra not charging, not working or leaking? The fixes
A Hayati Pro Ultra not working at all, a Hayati Pro Ultra leaking into the mouthpiece, a screen that stays dark on charge: nearly every case comes down to a pod not seated, a coil not soaked, or a mouthpiece sitting between clicks. Work through these before deciding it is faulty. If it genuinely is (the screen never wakes on charge with two known-good cables, or a fresh refill behaves the same as the old one), email hayatiproclub@gmail.com with your order number; faulty items are replaced and return postage is on us.
No vapour and the screen does nothing
Flat battery or pod not clicked in. Charge for ten minutes, then pull the pod unit up, check the bungs are off the base, and push it back until it clicks and the display wakes.
Not charging, or the charge icon never appears
Swap the USB-C cable first and use a plain 5V charger, not a laptop-class fast brick. Push the plug fully home; pocket lint packs into the port and a wooden toothpick clears it safely. If one cable charges it and another does not, the cable was the fault.
Burnt taste on the first puffs
Dry coil. Stand it upright for five minutes so the container feeds the chamber, then take short puffs. If it persists after the side reads empty, that side is finished; the other side may still have liquid.
Weak flavour or a tight, blocked draw
Mouthpiece between positions. Lift it, complete the 180-degree turn, and seat it fully over one chamber; the airway only opens on a full seat. Check the L or R indicator matches the side you meant.
Leaking, gurgling or liquid in the mouthpiece
Condensation or a hard draw. Flick the device gently downward into a tissue, wipe the mouthpiece, take gentler, longer pulls, and keep it upright rather than flat in a warm pocket. A refill that leaks straight from the pack is faulty; email a photo.
Flavours taste mixed after switching
Normal for the first two or three puffs while the shared airway clears. If it never clears, the mouthpiece is not fully seated over one side.
Battery drains faster than it used to
Two coils, chain vaping and cold weather all pull harder. Charge fully rather than in ten-minute bursts, and keep it out of the cold; the cell is the part of this kit that ages.
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus review: is it any good, and who should not buy it?
For the right person it is the best value device in the Hayati range, and the reviewers who have lived with one for a month agree. Two flavours with no crossover, real capacity, a fast-charging battery, and a pod you replace instead of binning the lot. At £8.80 a kit it is the cheapest per puff of anything we sell, and refills push that lower because you keep the body.
It is not for everyone, and we would rather say so than process a return. At about 107mm by 53mm by 29mm it is a chunky brick: coat pocket yes, jeans no. It has no puff counter, no airflow adjustment and no lower strength than 20mg. Vape a handful of times a day and the 22ml sits around for months while the second flavour starts to feel like a commitment; for that person the Hayati Pro Max Plus at 12ml and £7.80 a kit is the better buy. Already own a refillable? Hayati Pro Max nic salts give you the same flavours at £1.80 per 10ml and a 10mg option. And once you own one of these, buy refills, not a second kit, unless you want a spare battery.

The good
- Two genuinely separate flavours with no crossover, switched in a second
- 22ml of liquid and 25,000 rated puffs, the most in the Hayati range
- Replaceable pod and containers; the 850mAh body is reused
- Display shows battery and which side is live
- £8.80 a kit, £5.80 a refill: the lowest cost per puff we sell
The catch
- Big and heavy in a trouser pocket
- Overkill for a light vaper; the second flavour can outstay its welcome
- Daily charge for heavy users; the battery empties long before the liquid
- Only 20mg, fixed airflow, no puff counter, no cable in the box
- Two minutes of assembly and a five-minute soak before first use
The six reviews our customers gave us before the site opened average 4.5 out of 5. Even the four-star ones read like praise with the fifth star held back: solid in the hand, a screen that earns its place, a device you recharge rather than bin.
“Feels solid in the hand and I like that it can be recharged rather than being thrown away after the battery runs out. The display is a nice extra too.”
“I like the overall design and the screen is useful for keeping an eye on the battery. The flavour selection is another big plus, especially if you get bored of using the same flavour all day.”
Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 vs Pro Max Plus 6000 vs Hayati Pro Max nic salts
Three ways to vape the same Hayati flavour family. The Pro Ultra Plus 25000 is the endurance option and the cheapest per puff. The Pro Max Plus 6000 is the pocket option, one tank and one flavour, with its own refills at Hayati Pro Max Plus pods. The nic salts are for anyone who already owns a refillable MTL kit and just wants the juice, or wants 10mg.
| Option | Puffs | Refilling | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000 pod kit, 5 for £43.99 | 25,000 rated, 22ml, two flavours, 850mAh | Pro Ultra Plus refill (pod + 2 containers), £5.80 each in fives | Regular vapers who want two flavours and the lowest cost per puff |
| Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 pod kit, 5 for £38.99 | 6,000 rated, 12ml, one flavour, 850mAh | Pro Max Plus pods (pod + cartridge), £4.80 each in fives | Pocket carry, lighter use, one flavour at a time |
| Hayati Pro Max nic salts in a refillable kit, 10 for £17.99 | Depends on your kit; 10ml per bottle, 10mg or 20mg | Bottles; keep your own device and coils | Owners of an MTL refillable who want a 10mg or 20mg choice |
How much is the Hayati 25K, and should you buy kits or refills?
Five kits for £43.99 is £8.80 each, VAT included, any mix of pairings, and it clears our £40 free-delivery line on its own. Kits come in sealed fives from the distributor; passing the sealed pack straight through is what lets us price at £8.80 against the £9.79 to £11.99 singles you will see elsewhere. Find the same in-stock kit cheaper at a UK retailer, email the link before ordering, and we beat it (see the price promise).
Now the number that matters. A kit is the device plus one 22ml refill. A refill on its own is £5.80. So the device is £3.00, and once you own one there is no reason to keep buying kits unless you want a spare battery for a second pairing: five refills at £28.99 give you the same 110ml of liquid as five kits for £15 less. The table puts every Hayati format we sell on the same per-millilitre and per-puff footing; this kit and its refill are the cheapest per puff by a wide margin.
Before you order: UK vaping products duty starts on 1 October 2026 at £2.20 per 10ml, which is £4.84 on a 22ml refill before VAT, and new stock carries a duty stamp. Pre-duty stock can be sold until 31 March 2027 and we will keep the price at £43.99 for as long as ours lasts. Because the duty falls on liquid rather than puffs, the 25K takes the smallest hit per puff of any prefilled format; our vape tax 2026 guide works through every Hayati format.

How to tell a genuine Hayati Pro Ultra Plus 25000
Hayati packaging carries a scratch-off verification code and the manufacturer runs a checker for it. Scratch, enter, confirm before you assemble the kit. The box itself has tells: crisp print, "2mL + 2 x 10mL" on the side, the standard black nicotine warning, and a device whose display wakes with the lotus animation and the L and R blocks when you seat the pod. Ours arrive sealed from authorised UK distribution and we keep the invoices. Our Hayati fake check guide walks through it with photos.
Nicotine is addictive. This kit is for adults aged 18 and over only, and we age-verify every order.

How reviews work here: the ones marked “collected before our website opened” were given to us by existing customers before launch; the rest come through this form. We publish critical reviews as well as good ones and only remove spam, links and anything naming a person.
The main thing that stands out is the convenience. Two flavour options, rechargeable battery and a useful display make this feel more advanced than a basic pod device.

Really interesting design with the two-flavour system. Switching between flavours is straightforward, and the device itself feels well put together.

Feels solid in the hand and I like that it can be recharged rather than being thrown away after the battery runs out. The display is a nice extra too.

The twist-to-switch feature is probably my favourite part of the kit. It feels simple to use and having two flavour options in one device gives it something different from standard pod kits.

I like the overall design and the screen is useful for keeping an eye on the battery. The flavour selection is another big plus, especially if you get bored of using the same flavour all day.

The dual-flavour setup is a really handy idea. Being able to switch between two flavours without carrying another device makes the whole thing feel much more convenient.
